We don’t work for the providers in the system. We are a neutral adviser to families. We help families confidently navigate aged care and retirement living — independently, without any pressure from providers or other organisations. We don’t place people within facilities, but rather we explain options and help families make the right decisions longer term.

Understand the full care continuum
Candid Coaching provides a navigation and coaching service — not a brokerage. We are a ‘whole-of journey’ navigation and coaching service from Retirement Living, the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care to Residential Aged Care.
Clarify priorities and long-term scenarios
We help families make the right choices and avoid the pitfalls or mistakes such as choosing the wrong care pathway, entering residential care prematurely, misunderstanding fee structures, engaging in unnecessary family conflict, rushed or crisis driven decisions & emotional burnout.
Navigate the complexity with confidence
Our 90-minute Strategic Clarity & Navigation Session provides a structure for families who are unsure of which accommodation and care pathway is appropriate. It reduces confusion and helps make informed decisions before committing to accommodation or services.
